✅ Quality analysis - Janoshik

Our peptides are manufactured under strict quality and control standards. Each product is delivered in lyophilized form , which ensures stability and prevents quality deterioration during transportation, even under adverse conditions . We test every batch.

❌ Why don't we offer ready solutions?

We do not offer ready-made aqueous solutions because in them the peptide molecules are significantly less stable . The presence of water accelerates processes such as hydrolysis , oxidation and aggregation , which leads to a gradual loss of activity and effectiveness of the peptides.

Even under optimal conditions, the shelf life of peptide solutions is limited to about 4 weeks . Unlike aqueous solutions, the lyophilized form preserves the structure and biological activity of the peptides for a long period - up to 24 months under refrigerated conditions and up to 4 months at room temperature.

❄️ Storage recomendation

When stored in a refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C, the shelf life is up to 24 months . If kept at room temperature , stability is maintained for approximately 3–4 months .

After reconstitution, the peptides are in a more unstable form and should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.

📦 Delivery

At PurePeptide, we provide fast and secure delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered to your address in less than a week.

Standard delivery time is 3–7 days , with most shipments arriving within 2–3 days . After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.

With us, you can rest assured that your order will arrive quickly, reliably, and in excellent condition.

📖 Dissolving

  1. Work in a clean environment and use sterile supplies .
  2. Cool the peptide and bacteriostatic water in the refrigerator.
  3. Using a sterile syringe, withdraw the required volume of bacteriostatic water .
  4. Point the needle towards the inner wall of the vial with the lyophilized substance and slowly add the bacteriostatic water.
  5. Gently swirl the vial until the powder is completely dissolved.
  6. Store the reconstituted solution in a refrigerator at 2–8°C. Its shelf life under these conditions is 4 weeks .

What is IGF-1 LR3?

IGF-1 LR3 (Insulin-Like Growth Factor-1 Long Arg3) is a synthetic analogue of human insulin-like growth factor 1, containing 83 amino acids. This modified form involves the replacement of the third position with arginine (Arg3) and the extension of the N-terminus by 13 amino acids, which increases its biological half-life and reduces its affinity for IGF-binding proteins. In the scientific literature, IGF-1 LR3 has been studied for its role in cell growth, differentiation and protein metabolism.

IGF-1 LR3 is being studied as a more stable variant of endogenous IGF-1, capable of binding directly to IGF-1 receptors and activating the PI3K/Akt and MAPK/ERK cellular pathways. These signals are associated with increased protein synthesis, tissue regeneration, and cell division. Due to its longer half-life (up to 20–30 hours), IGF-1 LR3 is a suitable model for long-term studies of anabolic mechanisms.

Observations on IGF-1 LR3

In the scientific literature, IGF-1 LR3 has been studied in relation to:

  • Cell growth and differentiation – stimulates mitogenic and anabolic processes

  • Protein synthesis – activates pathways associated with muscle hypertrophy

  • Tissue regeneration – helps restore muscles, tendons and nerves

  • Insulin-like activity – facilitates the transport of glucose and amino acids into cells

  • Studies of metabolic regulation and glucose homeostasis

  • Neuroprotective effects – potential role in maintaining neuronal structure

Scientific data

IGF-1 LR3 has been studied in preclinical and limited clinical models as a long-acting agonist of the IGF-1 receptor.

  • Activation of the PI3K/Akt pathway and increased protein synthesis in myocytes has been demonstrated

  • In experimental conditions, it has been shown to stimulate muscle hypertrophy and reduce proteolysis.

  • In neuronal cultures, it is associated with improved cell survival

  • In tissue models of trauma it has been associated with accelerated regeneration

  • Does not increase GH levels, but acts directly on IGF-1 receptors

Dosage and administration

The scientific literature cites research doses in the range of 20–100 μg daily, usually administered subcutaneously. IGF-1 LR3 has been used in short-term experiments to assess cell proliferation and anabolic activity.

At 1 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water:

Concentration = 0.33 mg/ml → 0.06 ml = 20 μg

Example values:

0.06 ml = 20 μg

0.15 ml = 50 μg

0.3 ml = 100 μg

At 2 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water:

Concentration = 0.66 mg/ml → 0.06 ml = 40 μg

Example values:

0.06 ml = 40 μg

0.15 ml = 100 μg

0.3 ml = 200 μg

Application in sports and research settings

IGF-1 LR3 is listed as a WADA prohibited substance due to its potential anabolic effects. In laboratory and academic research, it is used to study cell growth, protein metabolism, and signaling pathways associated with the IGF-1 receptor.

  • Model for studying anabolic effects without GH elevation

  • Studies on muscle regeneration and recovery after injuries

  • Studies on metabolic and insulin signaling

Possible side effects

In research settings, IGF-1 LR3 is considered well tolerated. Transient reactions have been reported:

  • Local redness or discomfort at the injection site

  • Mild fatigue or drowsiness

  • Headache or feeling weak at higher doses

  • Lowering blood sugar in sensitive individuals

Effects are dose-dependent and usually transient. No serious adverse reactions have been reported in research applications.
