Peptides tested at Janoshik Labs
Each peptide comes with bacteriostatic water.
Express delivery in 1-3 business days.
Our peptides are manufactured under strict quality and control standards. Each product is delivered in lyophilized form , which ensures stability and prevents quality deterioration during transportation, even under adverse conditions . We test every batch.
We do not offer ready-made aqueous solutions because in them the peptide molecules are significantly less stable . The presence of water accelerates processes such as hydrolysis , oxidation and aggregation , which leads to a gradual loss of activity and effectiveness of the peptides.
Even under optimal conditions, the shelf life of peptide solutions is limited to about 4 weeks . Unlike aqueous solutions, the lyophilized form preserves the structure and biological activity of the peptides for a long period - up to 24 months under refrigerated conditions and up to 4 months at room temperature.
When stored in a refrigerator at 2°C – 8°C, the shelf life is up to 24 months . If kept at room temperature , stability is maintained for approximately 3–4 months .
After reconstitution, the peptides are in a more unstable form and should be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
At PurePeptide, we provide fast and secure delivery. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and delivered to your address in less than a week.
Standard delivery time is 3–7 days , with most shipments arriving within 2–3 days . After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email.
With us, you can rest assured that your order will arrive quickly, reliably, and in excellent condition.
Thymosin Alpha-1 (Tα1) is a natural peptide originally isolated from the thymus gland, consisting of 28 amino acids. In the scientific literature, Tα1 has been studied as an immunomodulatory agent involved in the regulation of innate and adaptive immune responses. The synthetic analogue of the peptide is used in laboratory conditions to study mechanisms related to T-cell activation, inflammatory control and cellular defense.
Thymosin Alpha-1 is of scientific interest due to its ability to activate T-lymphocytes, increase the expression of HLA class I antigens, and modulate the production of cytokines such as IL-2 and IFN-γ. In research settings, it has been used as a tool to study cellular immune regulation, antiviral defense, and immune balance in chronic inflammation.
In the scientific literature, Thymosin Alpha-1 has been studied in relation to:
Regulation of the immune response – activation of T-cells and NK-cells
Increasing cellular immunity – stimulation of cytokine secretion (IL-2, IFN-γ)
Antiviral activity – studies on modulation of antiviral mechanisms
Immune homeostasis – restoring the balance between Th1 and Th2 responses
Improving the response to vaccines and immune stimulants
Studying its role in autoimmune and inflammatory models
Thymosin Alpha-1 has been the subject of numerous studies in the fields of immunology and cell biology.
In cell models, it activates T-lymphocytes and increases the expression of CD3 and CD8 markers
Increases the secretion of interferon-γ and interleukin-2, key mediators of cellular immunity
In live models, it has shown protection against viral and bacterial agents
Improves antioxidant protection and cell resistance to oxidative stress
Regulates apoptotic processes and cellular repair
In the scientific literature, research doses for Thymosin Alpha-1 cited typically range between 0.8 – 1.6 mg, administered subcutaneously, 2–3 times per week, depending on the experimental model. In preclinical studies, doses are often adapted to the target immune activation.
At 5 mg + 3 ml bacteriostatic water:
Concentration = 1.67 mg/ml → 0.6 ml = 1 mg
Example values:
0.6 ml = 1 mg
1.2 ml = 2 mg
In laboratory research, the peptide is used to study:
Cellular mechanisms of immune activation
Regulation of the inflammatory response and cytokine signaling
Synergy with other bioregulatory peptides and immunostimulants
Due to its broad action profile, Tα1 is a valuable model for studying the relationship between the immune system, stress, and repair processes.
In research settings, Thymosin Alpha-1 is generally well tolerated. The reported reactions are rare and mild:
Mild redness or pain at the injection site
Transient fatigue or feeling of weakness
Headache or dizziness at higher doses
No serious adverse reactions have been reported in research applications. Effects are dose-dependent and transient.
